Development of Hurling Wall is 1 step closer.

We are pleased to announce, the development of the all weather playing pitch and hurling wall has moved a step closer to commencing. In the past few months an engineering company has been selected to oversee the project. Tender documents prepared by the engineering company are nearing completion and a tender package is due to go live on E-tenders shortly. Interested contractors will have 28 days to submit prices regarding the development. Shortly after, a contractor will be selected to construct the development. This winter and spring has been particularly hard on natural playing surfaces with our own playing pitches closed for extended periods during the inclement weather. This fantastic facility will allow our games to be played, even when our playing pitches are closed. This facility will bring a huge benefit to all sections of the club and particular the juvenile section. This is an investment in our children and will insure the club's future. Major fundraising events will be organised during the year to raise the funding required to develop this fantastic facility.
